No hot water? Leaks? Pilot keeps going out? We start with a fast diagnosis and straight talk: repair when it’s smart, replace when it will save you money and headaches. Our techs service gas and electric tanks, plus tankless systems, and we carry the common parts that fail—thermostats, elements, thermocouples, gas valves, T&P valves—so most repairs happen on the first visit. If replacement makes more sense, we’ll size it, show you options side-by-side, and give you a written, upfront price before we touch a wrench.

Tank: Lowest upfront cost, quick change-out, dependable for most families.
Tankless: Endless hot water, space-saver, and energy-efficient when sized and installed correctly. It often needs proper gas line sizing and condensing venting. We’ll check your home’s demand (showers/laundry/dishes), size the system, and give a clear “tank vs. tankless” comparison so you can choose on facts, not hype.
We install and service Rheem, A. O. Smith, Bradford White, Rinnai, Navien, and more. If you have another brand, we can likely service it. We also register warranties for you and show you simple maintenance that extends life.
Sizing is everything. We look at bed/bath count, how many fixtures run at once, recovery needs, and your utility setup. For tanks, most 3-bath homes land at 50 gallons; for tankless, we size by gallons-per-minute (GPM) at your winter inlet temps so you don’t run out when two showers and the dishwasher are on. You’ll see 1–2 best-fit options with the pros/cons of each.
Every home is different, but you’ll always get a written, upfront price before we start. We offer financing on new installations and tankless upgrades.

We had a problem with our washing machine rain pipe. Called in hopes of someone available on MLK holiday, and they were. They responded quickly and were very nice. Got to work right away and solved our problem. It seems that today people are quick to complain, but I believe in complementing great service when I recieve Iit. Thanks Adams for a job well done!!
I had an excellent experience with Adams plumbing. We had a problem with our grinder pump and Nate from Adams was able to come out the same day and diagnose / fix the problem with the pump. He was very professional and the service was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
When I called Adams shortly after discovering that I had a serious incoming water supply problem, they quickly responded. Brystal, the plumber assigned to the job quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He offered a clear explanation of the problem and his course of action. I have used Adams in the past and I will use them in the future.
